End User License Agreement

1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Armada application within your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Rent, lease, or lend the application to third parties
- Use the application to develop competing products
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
3. Intellectual Property
Armada and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Data Processing
Armada processes data within Atlassian's infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF ARMADA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the application. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with its terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
