1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Armada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Armada on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Armada is an Atlassian Forge application that enables large-scale campaign management within Jira Cloud. The service includes features for creating, tracking, and governing multiple Jira issues across projects.
3. Account and Access
Armada requires a valid Jira Cloud subscription. Access to Armada features is determined by your Jira permissions. Site administrators can configure approval workflows and governance settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Armada to create spam issues or harass users
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or API restrictions
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use Armada in violation of Atlassian's terms of service
5. Subscription and Billing
Armada offers Starter, Team, Business, and Enterprise tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Refunds are handled according to Atlassian Marketplace policies.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Armada's availability depends on Atlassian's infrastructure and Jira Cloud service status.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Armada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Armada after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
