The developers of Armada are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use this Atlassian Forge application.

Data We Process

Armada processes the following types of data within your Jira Cloud instance:

• Issue Data: Issue keys, summaries, statuses, and links for campaign management
• Project Data: Project keys and names for fleet configuration
• User Identifiers: Atlassian account IDs for audit trails and approvals
• Configuration Data: Fleet settings, approval thresholds, and auto-nudge preferences

Data Storage

All data is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure using Forge Storage. We do not export, transfer, or store your data on external servers. Your data never leaves Atlassian's cloud environment.

Data Retention

Campaign data is retained as long as the parent issue exists in your Jira instance. Configuration data is retained until you uninstall the app. You can delete campaign data at any time using the Recall feature.

Third-Party Services

Armada does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The app operates entirely within Atlassian's ecosystem.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through Jira's built-in export features
• Delete campaign data using the Recall feature
• Uninstall the app to remove all configuration data
